I went in on a Saturday at 11 AM to get the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra fixed. The service was extremely professional and polite, and my phone was ready in only 2 hours. I couldn't believe that they got the job done so quick, I absolutely recommend this place!

I took my laptop in cause I broke it when I dropped it. They were able to fix it and I got an upgrade and a new battery. It’s almost like a new laptop for half. The price service was great. I will definitely be using them again for any of my electronic repairs

The guys at ubreakifix in Roanoke, Va are really great. I took my phone there after being told that it was "fried" by my carrier, and I just needed to buy a new phone. I decided to give ubreakifix a shot and they resolved my issue quickly and the phone is now working perfectly! The people were kind, polite and patient to me and the other customers that were there. They also were very communicative. I give them a SUPERIOR rating!

No good at all, they’ve charged me for diagnostics then given me my device without doing anything after they’ll say sorry, we aren’t capable to repair your items. 👎🏻

Wonderful experience each time I have gone (had 2 different repairs done). The guys working there are so kind and patient. I observed them being extremely kind and patient with customers who were older and not so phone savvy.

Very professional, friendly staff. I would recommend them for any repairs you may have on your electronic devices. Checked my pc out, was able to diagnose the problem and relayed the information back to me in a professional manner. Great experience overall!

It was a pleasant experience. My phone had a screen issue and I was able to easily book a time slot on their website. I arrived and the team made me feel comfortable while explaining the issue. They looked up the warranty on my phone and let me know that this issue was common with my phone and that the phone company was extending warranties for an additional 2 years because of the issue. They fixed the problem in a little over an hour. My phone was good as new and went on my way. I highly recommend this location across the street from Valley View Mall.
