Very bad customer service. No one answers the phone when you call the number on the back of your insurance card. Their app doesn’t work. Their websites always messed up. I’ve spent over one thousand of dollar at doctors appointments and I’m paying them over $200 a month. Why do I even have stupid insurance? UHC sucks.

I do not recommend working here if you are a minority. What I experienced and witnessed working here as a minority I would not recommend to anyone who is a minority and wants to work here. I was very much treated like trash and tossed out when they were done with me. Keep it moving don’t waste your time!
