The staff is super friendly, they work with you to offer you the best care and I would highly recommend going if you are in need of physical therapy. Nick and Tyler were awesome helping me get my strength back after my knee surgery. Will absolutely go back if I need it again in the future

I asked them explicitly what my insurance would cover and how much each session would be. I was told each session would be $70 of which I paid up front. Fortunately I only did one session because 6 months later, they sent me several bills with threatening letters about collections for ANOTHER $70 and said oh sorry we switched companies and your insurance only covered so much with the new company. Bait and switch. The staff and PT was nice though, I’ll say that.

When I started my PT I was skeptical because I had tried it previously. I told Tyler I wanted to play golf again. I had not played in 6 years. He and all of the staff came up with a plan that was directed at my ability to twist and turn. On my 75th birthday I played golf without pain and shot 88. Therapy has made all the difference in my life. I am thrilled with my results. Great group of people that care about results. I recommend University if you want results. Thanks to everyone at University.

I just finished PT at the Brambleton location and had an excellent experience. I worked mostly with Nick, who was patient, professional, and had many recommendations of exercises to continue at home, equipment I could use that would benefit me, and some changes I need to make with my usual exercise routine. I also met with Cameron, Caitlyn, and had dry needling with Kendall, and all were incredibly knowledgeable and full of good information. They all seem genuinely interested in caring for their clients. You can tell this is an office where people enjoy their job! And I have to mention Katie as well, who runs the front desk. She always greeted me with a smile, was super efficient, and helped resolve a billing issue I had with ease. I highly recommend this practice. Will definitely return here for any future PT needs that may arise!

University PT is the best! A great group of people who enjoy their jobs and care about their patients. They always made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will use them for all my future PT needs and have recommended them to my family and friends. A big shout out to Tyrone… he really helped me get my range of motion back after an elbow dislocation.

I went through acl recovery here and it was a great experience! The staff was very helpful and professional. I could tell they truly cared about helping me get better as they encouraged me every session. I worked mainly with Nick and Tyrone who were amazing. I couldn’t have done it without them!

I can't say enough good things about University PT. I had total knee replacements 8 years ago, 6 years ago and a revision last month. Tyler and staff worked with me on all of this and are the best. Knowledgable, friendly and extremely supportive. I'm having another revision next month and will definately be back at University PT.

University Physical Therapy worked with me after knee replacement surgery this past December. The therapists are excellent and care about each individual they work with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing PT. I am now back at UPT for my second knee replacement because of the excellent outcome from my first surgery’s PT… Thank you UPT!!!

Knowledgeable. Patient. Fun. Trustworthy. Motivational….There are so many ways to describe this group of professionals and this great facility. Who actually looks forward to going to physical therapy and gets bummed out when it’s over? Me. Pre-surgery, I was frustrated and disappointed that I couldn’t do the things I wanted to do. Post-surgery, I was impatient and too eager to get back to normal. These guys (and gals) guided me and challenged me in a progressive, logical direction for recovery and now I feel better than I have in years. I would highly recommend University Physical Therapy to anyone. Thanks so much!

First, thanks to all at University PT for sharing your talent.Initial experience begins at the front desk where you will likely meet Katie. She is organized and knowledgeable. She was prepared for my initial arrival, covering my cost, what insurance would pay and who my PT would be.Nick and Tyron worked with me to rehab from a SLAP tear surgery. They are engaging, ask questions, listen to patient concerns and are willing to share their knowledge in a language that is understandable. The facility is clean and cleaning continues to take play throughout the day, helping to create a safe, healthy environment.By my observation, I did not see a Therapist that didn't appear to be capable or uncaring. They all seemed comfortable working with any age, male, female or disabled patient.I would recommend and return for any physical therapy needs at the 4600 Brambleton Ave location.

In my career I've lives in numerous cities across the United States, and because of medical reasons I had physical therapy in all of them, so I feel qualified to express my feelings on the best Therapy I have ever experienced, it is University Physical Therapy in Roanoke, VA, there is no comparison they are truly the best and they were recommended by mysurgeon. As soon as I walked in the door and was greeted by Katie I immediately felt at home she is very professional, caring and helped me understand everything I was worried about and I knew was in the right place.I started with Aris, and he was a great one to start with, he was patient and understanding and made sure I was doing things to help me and get the most out of my time there. What helped, was I was able to work with several of the other therapist, Cameron, Nick and Tyrone. They were all very special in what they did for me, something different with the different expertise that I wouldn't have gotten and that's one of the things that helped me was being able to have this experience, with the different professional therapist. Then I met with Tyler Bowersock the owner, he is the reason that University Physical Therapy operates so well, he has pulled together a group of loving and caring professional health care workers that are focused on your recovery and well being not only now but for the future.I've seen entire traits of tenacity, perseverance, mature business judgment, and a very strong I believe intellectual ability for working with clients in staff. Over a prolonged time, I have seen true friendship extended to me, clients, his staff and 2 others. He is one of the most sensitive and compassionate individuals I have ever known, and he is the man of his word. If I have one verifiable Skill, it is the judging of peoples character. With my background and experience, I feel qualified to recommend Tyler and University Physical Therapy as the best in Roanoke and I want to thank each and every one that had a part in my recovery. I've made friends at University physical therapy and will miss everyone there, but I will surely return to visit

I’m not going to be able to top the review prior to mine but here we go! I had shoulder surgery in October of 2022 and was recommended to go to University PT by a buddy of mine. This being my first time going to physical therapy, I didn’t really know what to expect. Safe to say, this place exceeded any expectations that I had. Huge shoutout to Tyrone, Aris, Kendall, Nick, and the entire staff!
