My wife and I were getting a document notarized. We arrived early for our appointment, but the notary was nice enough to help us immediately. She was very quick and provided great customer service.

On Friday Feb. 21st my family needed a one page document notarized. We arrived at this store at 5:30pm. We waited in line then asked to have our document notarized and the man said that his manager was the only one with the ability to notarize documents but she was helping other customers. So we waited until she was done and by that time it was 5:40pm. When we asked her to notarize the document she told us “I cant do that because we don’t provide that service after 5:30”. I told her its 5:40pm and we were here waiting and there are no other customers in the store at the moment. She then said “I can’t do that I have a lot to get done before we close. Come back tomorrow at 10am.”
I can’t begin to express the frustration after organizing family members who cannot drive with medical conditions to come get this document notarized, picking them up and driving to this location only to be turned away for no reason. Again, there were no other customers in the store at the time and the store remained open for another hour. All that needed to happen was sign this one paper and stamp it.
The sheer incompetence, laziness, and lack of customer service of this manager is baffling. What is more amazing is the fact this individual is in a position of management. In addition to this she put of the perception of being on a “power trip”, dismissive and spoke down to not only us but other employees she managed.
As a manager we would expect someone in this position to be more welcoming and understanding. In the future we will be going to other UPS locations.

Unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude customer service. I will not use this location again for shipping services. The location on Electric Road is much better.

Convenient, clean, and helpful employees. I love that I can prepare a return (Amazon) at home and then skip the line and use the automated check-in.

I wanted to ship a guitar to Minnesota. I checked the cost to ship it at $50 on the UPS website, including insurance. I called them and they said the cost to pack it was $67. I thought that was a little high, but I could work with that, so I took the guitar to the UPS Store to ship it, and I expected to pay around $117, plus insurance. On arrival, I was told that shipping alone would be $150, plus packing at $67, totaling $217, not including insurance. I am a customer, not a ignorant fool for UPS to take advantage. So, I will box it myself and ship it and save myself the $167 that the UPS Store wanted to steal from me.

The staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. The (new to me) self checkout in the store is amazing! Just scan your return code, attach the label that prints out, and drop it in the box. The gentleman that showed me how to use it was very patient. No more lines for returns!

Terrible package delivery. My little brother had a package that was supposed to be delivered today at 3 pm on our side the instructions said no signature required. But yet today the driver was “unable” to deliver due to needing a signature. This is absolutely insured and the driver is now going to deliver an expensive product to a public CVS on Saturday WHEN IT SAYS NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED YOU ALL SCREWED UP. No no no. Terrible job ups very terrible.

As soon as you get through the door, there is a staff person waiting to attend to one's needs. Employee 111066 was not only very helpful, but she was pleasant, as well. She made me feel she genuinely wanted to help me and was pleased when I thanked her for making the experience easy.
