Sad is the time that customer service has come to a new place today. Recently came to the VV store only to wait for 30 minutes without a knowledgement because on two workers .Then only to get no help because the worker and manager couldnt fix the problem and more importantly gave more directions how to get issue resolved. Thanks you for no help cause you didnt go extra step to help. BY THE WAY I did your job and fixed it myself with corporate help. OH and finally you have lost a business customer..!!!!!

So we upgraded 2 phones with US Cellular. We have been a customer for over 20 years. As part of the upgrade you were to receive a packet to send your old phone back for credit. Was told the process was so easy until we actually done it. Many calls to US Cellular and horrible experience there dealing with rude people who didn’t care. Went to local Store at Valley View. Staff was willing to help however the manage would have no part in it so back to calling the 800 number again. 2 more calls and we finally got a bag with address to ship the phone back. We have hours in trying to get the phone sent back. I hope this experience helps someone decide on carriers. I am done with US Cellular

Worst customer service ever! Often, he tells you to just call 611. We can't help you. Why not? What's a store for?!?? I wanted to get rid of my sorry home internet service. I brought the box back. The employee told me that he couldn't take the box and he would just throw it away. He told me that I..... I had to call 611 to cancel.
I'm busy. I called 611 a week later, and the 611 guy told me that I owe $900+ for the box. I told him that I had already thrown it away because that's what the Roanoke Va store guy said he was going to do. Then I left the 611 phone conversation to call the Roanoke Va store to talk to a manager, and there was no manager. So I vent here. Roanoke Va store is going to pay for that box, wipe it off my bill, OR I AM GOING TO VERIZON.

The worst service provider I've ever used there motto should be some coverage sometime because I used to have no problem with them but in the last 2 years I've had service just drop randomly at my house or cut out in a call sitting in the same spot.

Had a wonderful experience today with a gentleman named Noah. I went in stressed with a broken phone, and he assisted with the process. He put my claim in for me, talked me through everything, and even walked me down the sidewalk to the walk-in repair store to make sure they got everything before he was finished with me. This is some of the best, top-tier customer service I've ever experienced, especially while dealing with such a stressful time. The only negative comment I have is that he asked another gentleman a couple of questions to confirm things, and he seemed to me to have an attitude and was quite rude to his co-worker while responding. I'm not sure if he's a manager or what, but that was totally un called for and made me uncomfortable, and I did not appreciate that. Thank you for the help today, Noah! I'll be back to see you for future needs.

Woke up to a dead phone this morning as it was plugged in all night. We first tried a different US Cellular store near us but the customer service was not good. We then went to our old reliable store on Valley View Dr. Fantastic customer service by Angel and James. Angel went above and beyond to help us out. Thanks so much !!

I waited for 30 minutes and 3 others in front of me with only 2 workers. One worker just talked to the person like he had all day. Which he should have done his job. It is ridiculous I left. Seriously thinking about going with T Mobile or Verizon. I have had trouble with this phone since I got it. I'm feed up with US Cellular.

I came in three times on 5/06/23 to purchase a phone and switch carriers they were busy but everyone seemed happy to be there so I just left and came back an hour before closing time. Jason is the man he stayed almost 20 min past his scheduled work time off to ensure my satisfaction of the new device I had purchased was met. If you decide to switch to us cellular I highly recommend Jason as his skills and energy are unmatched. Will definitely go to him for any concerns I may have down the road.

At first US Cellular was ok they have good skills but the billing is messed up every month I'm pay 400-600 for 3 lines I call them every month. Now after I got my bill down its $541. It's not for they want their customers satisfied but the bill is to high I can manage this nomore I want to switch they can never get my stuff right

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cory Massie who went above and beyond in customer service. I switched from Android to iPhone and he made it seamless! Also a thank you to Nate who started the process of backing everything up so I didn't lose precious photos or contacts. Also very helpful!

Had them switch some phones around on the lines associate took it upon them selves to remove my insurance off 3 of my phones. Made a complete mess of my insurance. Had to go to another store and spend 45 minutes on the phone with customer service to get it all straight. And was never informed that they was or had removed my insurance ?

Very nice
