My package was supposed to be processed then left the facility, but instead, got another notification that it was back in processing. Tried to call, but no one picked up. It better not be delayed because of this.

Will not answer phone. Called 5 times in row
Rang then just hung up. Called to see if problem with package I sent as went to state I shipped to and now back in virginia

Was about to report to the OIG but got a response right before I was about to press submit. How lucky. So much to say but I'll save it for the complaint that I hope I don't have to send. They aren't familiar with basic accessibility laws. I guess.
