I just did a change of address today and the afraican American lady working front she was around 60. Pretty light skinned. I didn't catch her name but it was today she worked around 10am anyways it was so refreshing having a sweet social able kind lady like her help me out with a smile on her face. She's definitely a bonus and a great addition to the postal service company. She knows how to assist and does it in a very welcoming kind professional way..I only wish id gotten her name.

In haven’t received my mail in 4 days, not including the two days they were closed. Went to the post office twice on yesterday to see what was going on. I was asked could the mail lady get to my mailbox and I said yes, it’s right on the curb, and she don’t even have to get out her truck. I seen the mail truck go down yesterday, but never seen it come back up. I have important mail that I need and haven’t gotten it yet. This is so frustrating and unacceptable. Melrose post office, y’all need to get it together or closed down.

Sent a letter almost 2 months ago that had my birth certification and passport in it and still not delivered. What a huge disappointment this company is. What a shame.

The big white lady with crust all over her mouth got really verbal with me over something she messed up they charged me twice for shipping a package .. she ripped the label off colored it in so I can't use it but told me my card was declined numerous times.

I run a small business from home and ship packages pretty regularly, but for some reason when I schedule pick ups I have to babysit the post office because many times they have not picked up packages that where scheduled to be picked up. Today alone 2 packages where dropped in my outgoing box but for some reason a package that was scheduled to go out 2 days ago was still in there. Even after they seen the package in there it was left. I have lost money because of this on going issue. I have went to the office branch personally to speak with a manager and I was told they would call me later that day to address the issue. This was about 2 months ago and I have yet to receive a call from that manager. I have fileda complaint online with them. Next step is the B.B.B if I do not receive a call or solution to this problem. $100's have been refunded because buyers are not getting their packages picked up and are not being delivered within the time frame of the service they paid for because of this issue. Worst customer service ever at this location. If I could give negative stars I would. Picture is of most recent conversation between myself and a buyer. As seen they are requesting a refund because post office did not pick up their package and should be delivered by today.

Great customer service. The postal clerk was by herself. She efficiently took care of each customer in a proficient and timely fashion. She was also very helpful and friendly.

This has not been the first time, and I'm sure it will not be the last where my package get stuffed into my mailbox instead of brought to my door and then when I have to pull the item out, its in ruin pictures included.

An employee named Alison is a great person to deal with. Her customer service skills are great and her professionalism is fantastic. She went above and beyond to resolve my issues.
