United States Postal Service employees are described as wonderful, helpful, polite, sweet, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental. They provide great service, exude great energy, and make customers feel at ease. The customer service is above and beyond. Postal workers have a tough and demanding job with a lot of pressure to get the mail delivered in a timely fashion. Despite the difficult service, the people are trying and are very much appreciated for their efforts.

We were so impressed a few days ago when one of the employees helped us locate a package that was delivered to the wrong house. She personally found the package and brought it to our house, shortly after we called to ask about it. Great customer service! Sorry we didn’t get her name but thanks much!

Left a package in the in the drop box Sunday. Today is Thursday and the tracking information still shows that USPS has not received the package. I have tried calling several times in an attempt to receive more information but nobody can be bothered to answer the phone. Completely useless.
