Jessica, the teller at front desk is always helpful, ready to take care of whatever needs we have. Sometimes I have 2-3 different transactions & she handles everything smoothly & quickly. She remembers my name, knows my kids & never forgets the lollipops! Thanks Jessica for your great customer service.

Went by to check on some things we were not sure of and Ray went all out to take care of our problems and solve them! I would say he has been the very best with our problems; however we are very satisfied with the bank itself! Thanks to all !

I changed over to this bank because all the people there are so friendly and helpful with anything. I have had loans with them before this time and they are they make you feel like family.

Jessica the teller at this branch is the best ! I have been banking here for 3 years now, she is bright, professional and friendly.I used to bank at a different bank and the people were not very helpful, so it so nice to know I can count on Jessica to help me with my account! I actually live closer to other banks , but choose to drive farther to bank with Jessica!

Do not do business with this bank been on the phone for 2 days trying to order a new payment book, I am place into phone que and call 25 and after the 30 minutes on hold the line hangs up. Then would call select the right department to be sent to then the phone hangs up. I have been making my car payments on time and have been getting late charges since last October and they even sent my car payment to my savings not sure how that happen. Well when you don’t get you money next don’t call me. I will be reaching out to the SEC about this is the worst bank in the world ever zero customer service and to much automation and believe me if truck show up to my house to tow my car. Better start looking for another bank I will this one shut down. Go some where else and bank this one is a joke.

my review is that just about every month my app on my phone stops working and i call the office to unlock the app and when i try to call it's always a long wait like this morning your 27th in line ...rediculous

This is probably the worst bank in the world. Their online presence is awful. the app is terrible. Nothing is straightforward. It was impossible to speak to a customer service rep. I finally had had to get the Spanish rep on the line, and ask if he spoke English, turns out, he doesn't even work for this bank.If I could give this bank zero stars, I would.I recommend you

Dealing with Trudy at the branch located in Roanoke on Buck Mtn. Rd. with buying a truck that was over 10 years old. TOP NOTCH... We tried getting finance with several banks and credit unions both local and out of state for a used vehicle loan. No one we talked with could help us with the financing due to the age of the truck. Not even institutions we have dealt with in the past with outstanding records. The truck was a great deal hard to pass on but couldn't find a lender willing to work outside the box on it.. We did the online application with Valley Star in the morning - That afternoon we were approved. This was by far the most hassle and stress free vehicle loan process we have ever experienced. I used to be in mortgage banking and was surprised at how smoothly it all went. The monthly payment was below what we had hoped for and well below the maximum we wanted to pay a month. We strongly encourage anyone looking for a used vehicle loan to give Valley Star a try. They were a God send to us.
