“As far as the early teen kids being kicked out, I was in there shopping, those kids were disruptive, running around yelling, barking and growling. Making my child uncomfortable. As far as being without a parent, many store do not allow unaccompanied minors for this reason. Your children did not tell you how rude they really were. They were moving things all over the store, the employee did his best to not have to remove them, but after asking them once to calm down they continued, resulting in their removal. The teens and unaccompanied minors are the reason the mall has gone down hill.”
“Big Lots in Vinton is now well organized and clean. Open walkways wide enough for a wheelchair or walker. I am looking forward to doing more shopping there. The staff was friendly, approachable AND knowledgeable!”
“I work for a local organization providing senior care. Today, we took a field trip to this location of Five Below. I can't speak of this location or the staff with high enough praise. The individuals I visited with can have difficulties with some everyday activities and the staff met them with smiles, kindness, and assistance where required.
The store was clean, the aisles were not clogged, the displays were clear, print was big and the lighting made everything clear. Moving around with multiple types of mobility device was no problem at all.
It was my first visit and I would strongly recommend this location to anyone hunting for their particular variety of goods.”

“Kolsen was awesome with customer service. He answered questions I didn’t even know I had.He explained how and where to find items I wanted. Then I arrived at the cashier and Ty were very nice and friendly! The Manager even helped with an item off the shelf!”
