The hospital does good boarding which is downstairs so pleaae note there is barking inside pretty much at all times so I wouldn't bring a skittish animal. But the boarding is good and they have a nice fenced in little park for them out back. Trust boarding an animal at a vet for sure.”

“***EDIT: Dean the manager reached out personally and informed me that they work with a 3rd party for cremation services. Although they do have an example of the urn in the office, they do not have a digital option for folks who book over the phone or online chat. What I received is also WILDLY different than what they have as an example in house. Deana assured me he will be reaching out to the third party to understand why they changed the urn option. I also want to note I received the kindest gesture from Brandon Animal Hospital. A condolences card signed by every staff member (who also each wrote a kind note about our pup). This was such a lovely gesture and I appreciate the kindness.Dean was so sincere and empathetic in his email and it is something I am grateful for and he handled the situation with such grace.***—Dr. Wilson is absolutely incredible, we weren’t patients there long because we had to put our sweet girl down. Dr Wilson came to our home and made it so personable and it was exactly what we needed. Throughout my pup’s care she was so kind and empathetic to our situation. I would recommend this place for your pets services and would absolutely recommend Dr Wilson.However, I did have to take 2 stars away. When we were told about the “packages” for the cremation of our pup, we were told the premium package included “an urn with the animal’s ashes and a clay paw print”. One would assume that the urn would be a nice actual looking urn, with curves, ornate top, etc. and the clay paw print, one would assume it would be your pet’s paw print, something to remember them by…nope. The “urn” was a tin can with rainbows on it, it looks like something from the dollar store and the clay paw print was a generic paw print with (I’m sorry) an very tacky, singular rhinestone next to it. The thought is sweet but for $128 I expected something much nicer to memorialize my fur baby. I came home in tears and my husband ended up buying a box on Amazon and getting a plaque customized for it. We shouldn’t have had to do this. I’ve included a picture of the “urn” and paw print.”

“Amazing customer service and even better staff! My dog has always been fearful of vets and nail trims, but he runs into this office wagging his tail every time! He loves the vet techs and his vet Dr. Moore. I recommend anyone with a fearful fur baby try them, they truly make a difference in his attitude towards vet services! They also treat him like he’s their own, and it’s so heartwarming to see him open up to their staff. As a pet parent is always hard to trust others with your pet, but I never worry with them.”

“I just moved here, so my experience compares this facility to my facility experiences where I used to live.Friendly, courteous, quick. Now I am sure it depends on the day and business at the time…. But, I was used to waiting up to 8 hours sometimes (in my car!) to be seen. Your team kept it more personal, which was great.It didn't feel like going to the ER, it felt more like going to the local vet. Wait time was not hours. Staff was friendly and attentive.The vet was descriptive and helpful. She made sure everything was thoroughly taken care of, even calling a specialist for consultation. I was pleased with her attention and dedication. She was friendly and not rude!”
