“The staff truly cares!! Not just out for the money!! I was expecting an outrageous bill because our pup Athena needed emergency care. But was very surprised at how reasonable it ended up being. Especially considering the level of care provided! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you ADR”

“First of all Amy Fletcher, the extremely kind lady that was able to fit our sweet dog into an emergency appointment displayed the ultimate customer service and true care and concern for our baby, SHE IS AMAZING and Salem Animal Hospital is truly lucky to have her. Also, Christine Ferris DVM, over 30 years of practice, it shows, her passion and knowledge blew us away and her assistant, did not catch her name, but our dog was immediately obsessed with her because she was so caring and understanding and loving towards our baby girl. I highly recommended Salem Animal Hospital to anyone and everyone in Salem and Roanoke, we have 4 fur babies who truly appreciate ❤ and love the service of these amazing women! Thank yall for being so knowledgeable and truly passionate about what yall do each and every day!”

“I was so thankful DeRolf was able to get us in when my dog developed a UTI while we were traveling. They were able to see us the same day I called, the staff was friendly, they quickly diagnosed my dog's issue, and provided a comprehensive treatment plan. I found their prices to be reasonable compared to what I pay for similar services at home. It's stressful when your baby isn't feeling well and that feeling is quadrupled when you're hundreds of miles from home. Thank you DeRolf for fitting us in your schedule and quickly getting Daisy on the road to recovery!”

“Wanted to give a huge shoutout to one of your employees Dean I think was his name. I was stopped on the side of the road trying to save a dog from getting into traffic. The road was busy as people passed by; Dean stopped and Offered help immediately. He got out of his car to help me and the Dog and we were able to get the dog to animal control safely and timely. He went above and beyond to save this animal, not many people would stop and help like he did. I just wanted to say if you want someone to truly take care of your animals with a good heart go here! Thank you Dean for helping me save Fern!!”
