It's set up as a sports park not good for handicapped folks. The terrain is to rough.Restrooms: They are all port-potties. Few and far between.

Beautiful park with well maintained soccer and baseball courts, a playground and a nice picnic pavilion.Playground: Nice playground for the kids.Dog-friendliness: Saw several people walking their dogs.Picnic area: Pícnic pavilion was covered and clean.
