Walgreens is a pharmacy relied upon every day to fill prescriptions and provide advice, considered one of the best in town. The pharmacy staff includes very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable individuals who resolve issues. A male pharmacist was very kind and helpful administering the COVID-19 vaccine, with staff being very nice and professional. The store manager has also been commended for stepping in personally to help at the photo desk. However, experiences can vary. Some customers find the checkout process slow. There have also been frustrations with photo print services, where curbside pickup at the pharmacy window caused confusion, leading to payment issues and an awkward, annoyed interaction with a clerk. While the prints themselves were acceptable, the experience made some customers consider going elsewhere, especially those seeking convenience due to a disability.
