Pharmacist no where to be found. Sat here for over 40 min. After being told it would open at 9. When I called the store. The manager acted like it’s not his problem because the pharmacist was running in g late. But still had not been in contact with her so truly didn’t know that. He was guessing . And provided no help or expectation of when I could receive my meds. Don’t send your meds here

The pharmacy has had my prescription since 8 am. They open at nine. It is already been filed with my insurance but as of 2:30 I still have not gotten my prescription was told if she could get off the phone so she could fill the prescription. This place is a joke.

The pharmacy has been a problem for some time. Used the QR code to refill prescription, said it would be ready next day. Also got a text saying it was ready. Drove 30 minutes to pick it up and they knew nothing about it and I left empty handed. They never have my meds in inventory, which is a common medication. Issue after issue with this place. I’ll be looking for another pharmacy

The most unreliable pharmacy in the area. Randomly closed during normal business hours. Having to wait 4 hours on antibiotics and pains after a procedure. Pharmacy saying they have to get clarification from the doctors office and the doctors office saying there’s been no communication. Not being able to fill prescriptions because they don’t have the inventory. It’s always something or a problem when we walk in the door.

Pharmacy is truly the worst. Went in trying to pick up seizure medication and was refused by the pharmacist, even though my refill had been approved by my doctor days ago. When I asked if there was any way to resolve the issue today since I’m going out of town, she was unhelpful and rude and told me they had a ton of other customers but they’d “try”. She told me insurance would cover it by this afternoon. I really understand that they can’t control everything and they are very busy, but it’s such a trash way to talk to a customer who is worried about running out of a serious medication. Later I got a call saying that actually, they were wrong and couldn’t refill it at all. So now I am heading out of town with no refill! Awesome! Never going back again.

I went to get some stuff on Easter night, the lady who helped me out was weird and made me feel uncomfortable by saying “ your breath stinks” even tho I wasn’t even near her and my breath did not stink. Will never go back very disappointed.

If you need help at the pharmacy ask for Carla. She is very helpful, kind, and knows what she is doing. She has resolved issues for me multiple times when others did not understand what needed to be done. Thanks Carla!!

Walgreen pharmacy is one of the best in town - We rely on them all day every day to fill prescriptions and provide advice for our patients from AFC - So grateful for their service!

rudest pharmacists i have ever encountered. the female who’s name tag says she’s worked here since 2016 and is going to be a manager is the main issue. she is quick to anger and raises her voice at customers. watched her tell a woman who has been trying to pick up her prescription for days that she’d have to come back another time. disappointed with this location and will NEVER be coming back

Employee Cole was very rude and hateful and shift leader was polite but wasn't able to do my return after he told me on phone that he could do the return. I had to go to Staples .and get label printed and return to Walgreens with printed label because he didn't know to put WMA number in scanner.

Refused to give cash refund unless customer permitted them to copy and retain drivers license info. This practice violates privacy laws restricting disclosure of such information. Managers were not courteous
