I would give 0 starts if possible! They didn't give me one of my bags and I called and went directly back. The woman said to go get another one... since when am I am employee of walmart! So I go half way through the store to retrieve the item and when I come back I get a guy and I tell him I shouldn't have to go get the item and that I'm not an employee and he went and slammed my receipt on the counter and threw my item in the bag and handed it to me like he's mad bc isn't that their job? Walmart your customer service is TERRIBLE and I don't work for you which is why I also never use your self checkout! I will be canceling my plus membership and will be giving my business elsewhere.

Typical Walmart with lots of options, but the product availability is never consistent. Still yet to encountered a helpful employee or a smiling face. On par with the rest of Roanoke.

They never have registers open and the shelves are never stocked and I can never find qhat I need and I have to go to other grocery stores .

Typical Walmart. I was surprised there were so many people there at noon on a weekday. I was obviously looking for something and an employee came up to me and kindly helped. No complaints.

This store is neat, clean, and well organized. When I needed assistance it was not difficult to find an employee.

It's not a bad place to shop. They usually have what I need. One thing is I worked here for about 3 months. It's been about a year since. So many people get rehired after not working there for years. But then I got accused of stealing when I did not. So I got fired (falsely terminated) all because my now ex decided to steal. And they rehire after 6 months of someone being fired but when I move directly across the street they can't rehire me.
