Be very cautious if you use this moving company. The owner has a great sales pitch but be aware of what really happens. The packers move at a snails pace, take frequent breaks, smoking (not just cigarettes) and talking. This adds up to more hours of packing and increased costs. Many items were left in cabinets after packers left. We had to pack many things ourselves to help them finish. The trucks are then packed so tightly, furniture rubs against other furniture, scratches and dents occur. At your destination, extra people are hired to help unload, people found on Craigslist, who have not been vetted or drug tested. This move became a nightmare with this company. I do not recommend.

I am a little late adding my review. Paid for a move back in June. It took a little longer than estimated but the crew took great care. Couple of people came back the next day to fix a little issue we had with one of our kids beds being put back together from the move. This was my second time paying a moving company but I would have no problem hiring this company again for my next move.

I can’t thank Shane & his crew enough for the excellent job of moving my elderly brother’s stuff out of storage and into his apt!!!! Because I live 15 hours away it was hard to find good responsible help without being exorbitantly priced !! The movers were very caring & compassionate when dealing with my brother & his belongings since he has beginning stages of dementia!! My brother and his cousin couldn’t tell me enough how I chose the PERFECT movers!! Thanks again!!

I had a great experience with Wat2EZ Movers. They were incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made a huge difference during a hectic time. On the day of the move, it started raining unexpectedly, but the team adapted quickly and handled everything with care and professionalism.
What stood out the most was their clear and consistent communication. They inspected furniture and other items before moving them, openly pointed out any pre-existing damage, and made sure I was informed before proceeding. They came fully equipped and were prepared to dismantle furniture as needed, which really helped streamline the process.
Even with some last-minute changes, they remained calm, efficient, and solution-oriented. Overall, they were reliable, respectful of my belongings, and made the move much less stressful. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company!! I would never recommend them to anyone! I planned my delivery date one month in Advance so you could imagine my surprise when on the day of delivery I heard from absolutely no one and no one came. I ended up having to call the owner Shane who told me that, “they had a busy day and couldn’t come”. No point that he reached out to me first to let me know that that was the case. Because of their poor planning, I had to stay in a hotel with my husband and my kids who were young and exhausted from traveling all day and couldn’t sleep in their beds because Shane hadn’t delivered them. He assured me that the following day I would be the first delivery from 2 to 3 in the afternoon. We waited all day for them to come and heard nothing until it was 5:00 and I was trying to get in touch with people all day and could not get through to anyone! Finally, some extremely rude woman named Paris called me to tell me that they are on their way after I was no longer gonna be in the area. When I explained the situation, she was extremely rude and completely unsympathetic, even though this is entirely the company‘s fault and then told me “we can either come today or unload the truck”. She hung up on me several times to the point where I had to call Shane who got in touch with them and told them to do my delivery. This was the worst process I have ever been though with any delivery. I would never deal with these people again.

They came in and packed whole household and took to a storage unit. As we’ve been unpacking we have found small items by themselves in big boxes. Since they charge per box this added up pretty quick. Other extra large boxes would have random things thrown in hap hazardly with heavy items on top of lighter stuff that broke. When they stacked boxes in storage unit boxes labeled fragile were on the bottom of a stack with about 6 or more boxes on top. Several pieces of my grandmothers China were broke. I have pictures to back all this up.

Our moving plans came together more rapidly than we had anticipated. We called Shane and explained our situation and he came out immediately to work up an estimate. Then we needed a second estimate for our son and he was able to do it by just using pictures I emailed him. What a great guy! The crews who came to take furniture for our son, and then 2 weeks later for us, to deliver within state did a careful job of removing everything, packing it in the truck and delivering it unscathed to its destination points. A special shout out to Daniel and Paris who couldn't have been more careful, helpful and nice to work with. They started out as our movers; they became our friends. What a wonderful bunch! Highly recommend!

It was a great first time experience with Way2EZMovers. It was for my mom's move to Assisted Living and the guys on the truck were courteous, and very professional. Visited the apartment the next day and they had set up each room nicely. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a job well done.

Stellar service and communication from Shane. Gus, Paris and Daniel showed up at my parents to move them to an assisted living facility. It was an emotional day for my mother and they were all so kind. Also, very efficient and quick and took care of all their belongings. Highly recommend.

I have used Way2ez Movers about 5 times in the last 12 years and would never call anyone else. Shane has always had very affordable prices and runs a great business.
My latest move was 3/7/25 and went smooth as silk. A crew of 3 showed up, on time, and efficiently packed my house into a large, well equipped truck with plenty of moving blankets and straps.. They know their business! They were quick but careful carrying everything down 2 flights of stairs.
The unloading at my new location was equally efficent and the genuine friendliness and humor of the crew goes a long way toward relieving the stress of moving day.
Please give Shane a call to get a very fair quote and excellent service.

These Guys are amazing! Thought I could do the set-up myself... Couldn't get it through the door ... They came back out and one guy handed the Sofa up to another one on the balcony and bought it in.... Do yourself a favor and pay them a little more to set it up... I will be calling them again for anything that takes more than one guy to move.

I can not tell you all how thankful I am for this company! Paris was such a delight to work with and coordinate with. She has amazing customer service skills! The owner worked out a favor for us when we had to change our day last minute, thank you Shane! Paris, Shane and Perry moved our things without hesitation. They were quick, courteous and knew what they were doing. Price was MUCH lower than other local companies and they aren't as great as this one. Thank you three for making our moving day less stressful and for being amazing at what you do!
