Always fully staffed, but they take their precious time. No sense of urgency. You can still have good customer service and move at a timely manner. I feel like I’m at the DMV.

Came in today because I had a question and the “branch manager” was being extremely unprofessional towards a customer who, don't get me wrong, definitely seemed out of it. But this was extremely unreasonable and unnecessary. To be fair I didn’t see the entire interaction but she was being extremely short and hostile towards him which escalated the situation even further. Repeatedly being called “dude” the man asked to be addressed as sir and instead of either brushing it off or being professional, she raised her voice claiming she was going to call the police on him for “being sexist” and demanding he leave and never come back. Looking over the reviews it seems pretty common for this branch to have terrible customer service. Its a shame.

No customer service here …they are arrogant with an attitude however some of the tellers they are very sweet but the management is horrible can’t get any kind of assistance whatsoever. I’ve called about the same matter for weeks now to keep just getting put off and told that I’m being routed to the escalation team via email and that I should hear something from that department because supposedly they can’t help… B S….because they don’t wanna work. Do not recommend the Tanglewood branch Roanoke Virginia

I don't work with Wells Fargo for my personal finances, but I have been working with them the last few days for one of my Spanish speaking employees.... Let me just say everyone I spoke with has been so helpful & friendly! Beth at the Tanglewood branch has been such a help. Seriously I can't say enough about them. Working with you definitely made this experience so much easier!

We came to the Wells Fargo branch on Electric Road today to move some money around. They took our information down and asked us to have a seat. Well I am sitting here in the branch now going on for 2 hours and still no one has helped us. We was told by the branch manager that we will be with you soon. Way that I see it if we are sitting here this long why can’t the branch manager help use as she can do everything in the bank.

Beth is wonderful. She is personable and has assisted me several times on transactions that were causing some difficulty. She was thorough and even followed up with me to catch a mistake made by the bank. She arranged for the issue to be corrected quickly . She has always been so kind and knowledgeable. All the tellers have been pleasant and friendly. They make you feel very welcomed. I have been very pleased with all my interactions at this branch.

This is the main brach for SW Roanoke and of course they cut staff during Covid but it is January 4th and they still only ever have 2 lanes up in the drive through. It takes on average 12 minutes to deposit a check at the drive through.

If you want your questions to go unanswered and have tons of times to sit around while befuddled people do absolutely nothing to help Wells Fargo has a deal for you! Not only can you be ignored, left to wait and get nothing but confused looks over very simple requests, there's more! After spending an hour or so tapping at a computer while you listen to customer after customer complain about six workers being in the bank and only one acting as a teller, they will be happy to tell you to call their CS line.Multiple horrid experiences at this branch. Seriously considering switching from WF.

My first time coming into this Brach, it was the worst experience! Whatever happened to the friendly smiles or simply greeting the customer and thanking them for their business!I went in there to make a simple deposit this morning, there was only one other customer in there and 2 tellers,The other teller, called me and I SAID to her, good morning, NO Reply back at all, NO smile, she had the attitude, like if someone forced her to show up for work! I told here where is your smile? She said Well we are really busy; I replied back and told her there is only me in this bank right now? She replied back by saying but it will get busy later on today.!!! REALLY.I well know Wells Fargo continuously train the new employees during the 6 weeks of training to be nice and always thank the customers for their business!I just open my account 2 weeks ago and if this continues, I will have to take my business elsewhere and I will never step in this branch again. To be nice and smile does NOT cost any money!!

This branch doesn't answer the phone. Which is quite funny when I walked in there there were 2 people twiddling their thumbs not doing anything. I wanted change typically wells Fargo never gives me a problem. Blaming being short staffed for not answering the phone when you have your manager not doing anything in her office, and a banker in a side office not doing anything either.. Quite a joke if you ask me.

Worst experience with a bank...not the local branch but the processes and red tape. These people really don't want local customers they can't make decisions without calling the same 800 numbers on the back of our cards.I would never give them my business again.
