Exceptional Service and Friendly Staff!
I had a fantastic experience at this Wells Fargo branch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, making me feel valued as a customer. The team here is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any banking needs.
The bankers are patient and take the time to explain financial options. They genuinely care about their customers and make banking a smooth and stress-free experience.
The branch itself is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate Matt Ryan's professionalism and assistance.
Overall, I highly recommend this Wells Fargo branch for anyone looking for excellent banking services with a personal touch. Five stars all the way!

If you are looking for a bank that will help your money grow, I strongly suggest you find a credit union. If you are looking for a bank that steals money from its “valued customers†look no further... Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks out here, there customer service is nothing extraordinary and they are basically teaching their reps to lie in order to increase their gallop scores. When you put fraud and banking in on google no surprise they're at the top of the list! If you are thinking about banking with them know your worth, and find a bank that's interested in something other then taking your money.

Everyone in this branch has been very nice and easy to work with. I love that I'm in and out with in 5 minutes. The personal bankers and Store Manager are very nice. I would recommend this Wells Fargo out of all the other surrounding stores in Roanoke.

You charge me $7.50 to cash a check b/c you say I'm not a customer. Guess my mortgage isn't worthy enough!! AND then have the gumption to ask why I don't have a checking account with your company. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't have asked that question!! But since you did, you now know that my personal bank of choice (a credit union) has far better customer service than that!!! My husband & I work hard for our money and what we have. So yea that $7.50 is a lot of money to me!!!!
