Refused to give cash refund unless customer permitted them to copy and retain drivers license info. This practice violates privacy laws restricting disclosure of such information. Managers were not courteous

Not very speedy and efficient. They even let the phone ring and were vocal about it in front of us customers today. Even though I called earlier and came in hours after they said it'd be ready I found out that they didn't fill it saying they thought I had the same, old prescription. Lady said it would take 5 minutes to fill, it's 45 minutes later. Very disappointing.

I have to say we had excellent service from the pharmacy they made it very easy for us to get meds for a extra week so we could stay in Virginia and not drive home to get meds in MD the staff informed us what we needed to do and it was very easy and what ever insurance didn't cover we bought what we needed not the full Prescription thanks again to the great staff

I WISH your store was closer to me. Also, I use goodrx and find your prices are more than other drug stores. That being said, your pharmacists and other associates are amazing. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. If you were only more competitive with your two biggest competitors, Kroger and CVS, with the goodrx, I wouldn't go any other place but Walgreens. Try to keep your current staff because they're amazing. Never have I been disappointed with the service and actual care of your pharmacists. Amazing. Whoever screens for employment knows their stuff.

Ugh. Just picked up passport photos. EXPENSIVE! $30 for my husband and I. For two small pictures. Ridiculous. And the photo of me is with a grin after I specifically asked the woman if she caught me grinning and said no. I will have to get them redone but I will not be going back to Walgreens. Waste of time and money

I love that Walgreens has expanded more into Roanoke. I pass by here on my way to the gym and usually stop by here to pick up a few items. Their Rewards program is a really nice incentive and they have a good selection of everything a drugstore normally has including food. The staff have always been really nice to me.

This store looked like it had a wide variety of items, but nothing that I was looking for. The selection was poor. The store wasn't clean, but not filthy. It looked a little run down on the inside. No one was very helpful so I returned everything from the shopping cart and returned them to their proper places on the shelves and departed. Don't waste your time here. Drive a little further and hit Walmart up for a better selection and better prices.
