if you plan on going to the deli in this store don't waste your time. Three out of four times that I have visited this store the deli is closed. It doesn't matter what time of the day or what day of the week. I understand staffing issues but this is ridiculous. I drive past another Kroger just to buy Boars Head lunch meat because the closer store doesn't carry it. Try harder Kroger.

I shop in this store about every two weeks spending anywhere from $100-$200. Today I go in gather my groceries taking AN HOUR AND half with an infant. And I get up to pay for my $135 worth of groceries and it says mine nor my mothers card is authorized knowing there is well over that amount on both cards. So I ask for assistance. The Man at the register informed me that if neither of the cards were working then it was pointless to try a different register. There is no way that none of the registers would work with my cards knowing good and well that I use both of them today and yesterday. So he said well I could take you to customer service but it's pointless if the cards aren't going to work. No one was willing to help me at all with anything. I spend a lot of money and was about to spend a good amount more. I was even willing to rescan all items. But I was told my service was "pointless". The manger stated that he would have a talk with him and insure it didn't happen again. Waste of my time! Will NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

I've shopped at Hollins Kroger for 20+ years. The last couple years if I've got a list that consists of more than 5 items, the odds are consistently against me that I'll leave with all 5 items. Today it was chicken wings. A couple weeks ago it was white sugar. It's not due to the pandemic as it started long before. Do yourself a favor... if there's something you really need go to another location. Now I'm on my to a 2nd location to get chicken wings! SMDH

Great service from produce and meat departments. Weekly deals are neatly organized and identified.App. Improvements can be made for quicker, more reliable service experience. Constantly crashes or slows down while inside store.Checkout experience can be improved by adding more cashiers and or bag personnel.

Kroger is one of the best chains of grocery stores and this one is a good one. Even at 9pm, the store was bright and well stocked. No trash or litter anywhere to be seen. Shelves were in good shape, they had everything I wanted for hotel room and road trip snacks. The parking lot was tidy, the cart corrals were empty.Self checkout worked well and I had no issues. Just a positive experience today.[Review 13785 overall, 1106 of 2020, number 1219 in Virginia.]

This Kroger makes my life so much better. There is an excellent selection of pasta, salad and also milk. I love all kinds of milk, but this selection was superior in more ways than one. Almond, soy, hemp, oat, one percent, two percent, three percent and whole. Good JOB !!!!!!!

Clean store and polite employees, but be sure to be one of their loyalty members to get the best deals. Plenty of parking and the traffic light right at the entrance/exit is super convenient. Store is well laid out, but you walk right into the self-area checkout area instead of a more open area with carts & baskets to grab.

Thank you to Pharmacist Mark and his wonderful female staff (sorry I didn't get your names) at the Williams Road store. I was traveling home from Arizona to NY and ran out of my blood pressure medication. I stopped and asked about a partial refill until I could get home. Thinking it would be too difficult, I thanked them and left. One of the staff came out to the parking lot and said " please come back, we will help you." And they did. Called my NY pharmacy, got all the information they needed and 5 minutes later I was on my way with my medication. I can't express how much they obviously cared about my well being to have gone to such lengths to help me and be so very nice to me. Thank you and Bless you.
