“Was in town from Roanoke, driving my new (to me) car and had stopped at a gas station to try putting air in my tires only to find that one of the valve stem cores was trashed and it would not take air.. After playing phone tag with Walmart to no avail and stopping at another shop which had multiple customers waiting we were told to check with the staff here, an employee immediately greeted me upon exiting my car and had me in and out in under 5 minutes - he didn't even charge for the help and had I carried cash I would have given him a tip. Super family business with good old Southern hospitality.”

“They will know me just by me writing this review. They replaced part of the transmission on my Chevy equinox. They were highly recommended by my mechanic who is no longer doing car repair but commercial vehicle repair now. He knows I'm very picky and particular about my mechanics and who I trust. When he recommended Longwood I didn't hesitate because they came highly recommended I was not disappointed. It was very affordable the work was done perfectly excellent service excellent customer service I cannot recommend highly enough. And they will be hearing from me soon because I've got another car that needs repaired.”

“Todd Mason, the owner of M Sport Automotive, is an honest BMW mechanic who won’t overcharge anyone. I recently moved back to the area and took my wife’s X3 there when she had a breakdown. I will continue to take her vehicle there for regular maintenance, no question. I even sold my Mercedes and bought a used BMW because I had a hard time finding someone local to work on Mercedes; it is peace of mind knowing I have someone that can work on my car if needed and won’t take advantage.
