I am very disappointed with Autozone's online order and pickup. My last three orders have had problems. Even though the website states a part is available in store I've stopped by for pickup to learn that it really wasn't and the parts took days to arrive from another store. My latest online order the website changed the location to Rocky Mount from Danville after I logged in during checkout. The Danville store said I could call Rocky Mount to cancel it. I did receive the email confirmation that the Rocky Mount order was ready for pickup. A few weeks went by, but I never found an opportunity to visit the Rocky Mount store in person. Upon calling Rocky Mount to cancel the order today, they can find no record of the order! The representative said he has no capability to look it up by the order number printed on my ready for pickup email! What is the email for? I simply want to cancel this order and receive a refund for the charges.

I needed a new battery and I don't have a clue how to install one. Both of the people working was so helpful and one install the new for me. Both were most respectful ,and that is not the norm these days. I say thanks to them
