It would be nice if they answered their phones when a person calls! If it is during business hours why don't they at least answer and ask if you mind holding!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only do they not know the legal requirements regarding notary services they are constantly trying to find reasons to say no to requests for any type of assistance. It’s no wonder you see Carter branches closing left and right everywhere. No more small town relationship banking for me. I’ll have to bank somewhere where customer service is a priority and not a burden.

Excellent staff. Had some issues with my mother’s accounts when she went into long term care however they easily worked me through them.

Should not take over 20 minutes to make a deposit. I was the 3rd car back. I used to come on my break from work but last time I was late and only work half a mile away and get 30 minutes. None of the other carters are half this slow. I don't understand.

I love dealing with a bank that gives back. I always see CB&T both sponsoring and volunteering at local events. It means a lot to see that they take so much pride in our community.

Been Banking with Carter bank for many, many years, Just don`t understand why it was necessary to close the Drive through windows because of Covid or why change there hours and close them completely on Saturday`s. There are 3 Banks on 419 and none are open on Saturday. You are not very likely to catch Covid behind a glass window while customers are in their cars. My wife works 4 10 hour days and 8 on Friday and 5 on Saturday . The only day she can make it to the Bank is Friday evening. We are considering finding a new Bank.

Long time customer-Very disappointed that they still are not back to regular hours on their drive thru- the drive thru used to be open 7-7- now its 8:30 - 5:00 mon-fri and 9-12 sat- i have been trying to deposit a check for over a week but since i dont get off till 5 i'm out of luck unless i want to spend all morning Saturday sitting in a long line cause they're only open till 12- its ridiculous

My debit card was used by an unauthorized user, so when I used the mobile app and inquired about the transaction my debit card was canceled, without my notification, and I was ‘supposed’ to be sent a new one. This was Jan 14. It is March 3! For 4 weeks they refused to mail another stating the mail is slow. However, I get statements or other mail to confirm my address, which I get EVERYTIME I go to the bank to complain about this issue, but yet still NO CARD! Do NOT RECOMMEND this bank!!!! I would give no stars if it allowed! Get up to date Carter! And do what you promise
