What a great experience! We have 3 daughters that are all pretty shy but Mrs. A and her daughter were there to welcome our girls and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Every child could benefit from the martial arts classes here!!

Awesome place to learn some martial arts skills. My kids love it and wish they could go to class everyday! The instructors and owners are great and know how to keep things fun and entertaining for the kids while still learning proper techniques!

Sport Martial Arts is a fusion of many different styles of martial arts with influences from countries all over the world.
The diverse styles of martial arts are combined with performing arts, high-flying tumbling and acrobatic maneuvers, self-defense, weapons, and stunt work. Students learn how to perform moves that are often seen in television shows, movies, and video games today.
