It was a super great experience! I was a walk-in client and had a great experience. The stylist that did my hair was super nice. She took her time and worked with me on shaping. She made sure my haircut worked with my face shape. From start to finish everyone was kind. Great pricing for excellent service. Will definitely be going back!

I had my hair done at Crowne Studio this morning and since I left feeling like a beauty queen, I just had to leave a review! I have been a customer for going on 8 years and I always love my hair when I leave! The stylists are all so knowledgeable and they really listen to what you are asking for and provide such great service. The atmosphere is always so relaxed and gives off such positive vibes. I always look forward to my appointments because I know I will feel like a million dollars when I leave-and always with a 5 star hairstyle!!! Thank you Ladies for your commitment to helping Franklin County look so good!!!

I've gotten my hair done by Amber twice since she started working at Crown Studios and I have left both times absolutely delighted with my experiences.
The first time (pic 1 and 2), she suggested highlights with layers to shake things up from my normal hair routine.
The second time (3 and 4) was after about 6 mos. untouched. I came with references but ultimately trusted the process to Amber and she did a fantastic job with hair color and style!
Amber is very friendly and talks your ideas out with you until she comes with the best solution to what you need. She goes above and beyond!

Came in first time just to get a trim. Booked an appointment with Amber and was immediately welcomed with a positive atmosphere from the staff. I didn’t have any expectations for my hair I just knew it needed a trim and Amber did an excellent job and even recommended that I get some face shaping as well. First time doing so and I don’t know if I’ll go back to just getting a straight trim- I love how the face shaping looks! Amber was really sweet and respectful and made me feel so confident walking out of there. Will definitely be coming back and even recommended her to my mom- overall amazing experience ❤️

Really sad and disappointed about the experience I had for this hair appointment, I will attach pictures for reference of what I asked for and what I got. My hair was three different colors after leaving the salon, red purple and orange tints all over and very uneven. My thing is, I felt like I was blamed for the end result of not getting what I wanted. I came back the very next day to get a color correction, and her solution was to add toner. So she did, and let me know there’s no one to blow dry my hair… so I understand there’s a time crunch having to fix my hair but how are you supposed to see the end result if I leave with my hair not dry. Then I asked if there was anyone else available to do it I would pay them, so she said the assistant would. The assistant was very sweet and did indeed blow dry my hair, but when I went to leave Anya didn’t seem to even care to know what the end result of my hair was. Like I had to awkwardly ask her if she even cared to look at it, so I can show her where she still missed spots underneath and my hair was still uneven. I honestly left crying from the stress, how can someone not care. After paying $175 plus $25 tip to get my hair ruined. I would have thought she would care just a little bit. Nothing. Like I should haven’t to ask you to come look at my end result. So basically spent $200 to have my hair ruined.. dislike making reviews but she didn’t seem to care. Which is why I took the time to review. Next time just tell me you can’t do it.

I took my son here yesterday for a scheduled 6pm haircut. He brought in a reference picture and discussed it with the stylist. Setting his phone to not go to sleep, he handed his phone to the stylist so she could look at it throughout the haircut, if needed. I sat in the waiting area during the duration of the haircut. Seemed everything was going ok initially so took the time to check emails and so furth. When my son stood up from the chair and the stylist headed to the register.i went went to the register to pay for services as my son stayed by the chair to clean himself off (the cape had not been snug to his neck during the cut) Adter paying I turned to ask my son if he was ready and was shocked to see that his hair was much shorter than his reference picture, and his head hanging, not the confident young man that had walked in. As we walked to the car I noticed that his neck was only partially trimmed (one side completely untrimmed), top is choppy, and his bangs are too short and very uneven to go along with not even being close to the style that was requested. He is crushed. Being a teenager is hard enough not having to worry about being made fun of for a jacked up haircut. Disappointment in this stylist is an understatement.

I hadn't gone to a salon in years, but I decided to go and see Amber who came highly recommended, and I'm SO glad I did! She was kind and patient with me and had incredible feedback and ideas! She gave me the results I only dreamed of! Thank you Amber for a terrific experience!
