I really appreciate the team members at the CVS on Franklin St in Rocky Mount. I would've gave 5 stars but on two occasions I have come before their scheduled close time and the gate at drive thru has been closed, the one time I walked in they were all closing up 5 minutes before the scheduled close time. I had to wait till the next day to get my prescriptions, which would've been alright but my insulin is kinda important in my everyday routine. Other then that its as close to perfect as your gonna get.

They have never failed me. Photos turn out great and when something is not right they are quick to fix the problem.

The location itself is fine, but there's no way to reach them by phone. All calls are sent to voicemail with a promise that they'll get back to you quickly, but they never seem to contact me. In this area, it's not ideal to have to drive all the way there simply to ask a question.

Something change in the last year and it's became awful. Slow, losing prescriptions and all sorts of other issues.
What happened to the nice people that were there before?

I would go to 0 stars if I could CVS has now gone to virtual service in India you can't get anyone local to answer the phone or questions CVS should be ashamed at the lack of service to the customer ASHAMED !!

I don't know why this store has two low reviews because I would rather go here then anywhere else! the staff are very friendly, and take time to answer your questions. They always have our prescriptions in stock when we need them, and have my prescriptions ready when they say they will. I even prefer it get my flu shot here then at a doctors office or other pharmacy. Love this store!

I always come here to pick up my prescriptions and use coupons. The pharmacy is always friendly and their service is fast. They also have great prices and really good candy.

A fairly large CVS and has everything you could want or need from a pharmacy, and the staff is super helpful!

I initially choose walgreens as my pharmacy because they opened an hour earlier and I would be able to pick up prescriptions on my way to work. After the second month in a row I've already switched back. They were only able to fill half of a prescription both times I visited and when I asked if they could keep a sufficient amount in stock since I would be filling it each month they said it wasn't possible. I understand not keeping a rarely prescribed medication in stock unnecessarily or a popular medication running out occasionally but it's ridiculous that they can't order more until they are actually in the process of filling my script. At CVS I didn't even have to ask if they could keep it in stock, the first time I picked out up they asked if I planned on filling it again and promised they would keep it in stock voluntarily. I had numerous other unnecessary delays filling at walgreens. Love the convenience of the app and the hours but its not worth the trade off in service.
