I have never been to a vet with such a kind and courteous staff. Every experience taking my dog here has been a pleasant one. Walking through the door, you can really tell this is an establishment that truly cares for your pets health and well being while managing to be empathic towards owner experiences as well.

Great staff and facilities. We took 2 litters of puppies here switching from another vet. They were very friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the vets. Will be taking all my animals here.

Everyone was very kind, caring, and informative. I appreciate that they listened to everything I had to say and they heard all my concerns. They did a thorough exam and explained things when needed.Chop loves all his nurses and the doctor too. His meds started working immediately and he is much better today!I couldn't ask for a better place to go in a time when emotions tend to be high with my pets.They always take care of my fur babies and me too!I love this place and everyone that works in it!!

I wrote the bottom review on Friday and Saturday morning the manager of FCAH, called me promptly to set my mind at ease and take care of the situation, I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have received her call, I would recommend FCAH to anyone!!Iam sorry but I think that I made a mistake in taking my dog to this place. They did not tell me that they were going to give Duke shots they gave him shots that he had already had, and now I am worried how it's affecting him, and this was on Friday. I now have to wait until Monday to talk to them about this, and I am praying that Duke will be OK. They told me when they took him back into another room I was told that they were going to do the blood work and that was all that they said, but when I checked out the cashier and the bill for today was... that is when I found out that they had given him more shots. I am scared that it is going to be bad for Duke. And to be honest, it was them that gave him those same shots 3 months ago.

They are great. This is our second time using them, as our normal vet could not see our dog for over a week. And we had the same issue the first time we came, and the dog was limping, our reg vet couldn't see him for over a week. FCAH got us in right away, within 2 hrs this time. Needless to say, I switched all my dog's medical records over, and we will be using them as our regular vet from now on. Caring, loving, and supportive. With the dog's interest in mind.❤️

Our precious boy Simon was kicked by a cow and had face trauma? took him to FCAH as an emergency and they treated him with the utmost respect and as if he was their own!! We brought him home with thorough instructions on how to take care of him after his trauma!! A big extra thank you to Harley Foley & Meghan Wunderlich on meeting us at the front door with open arms!! I love you girls

They need the technology and the staff to bevable to accurately diagnose your pet. I had to be sent to emergency vet 2 times, with 2 different pets within lessvthan 2 years time. Both with the same sad outcome. Franklin county animal hospital not only SHATTERED my heart, they also DRAINED me financially.SUNDAY JULY 2. 2023I JUST WANTED TO APOLOGIZE FOR MY HURTFUL WORDS. I was having so many emotions and I needed to vent. I guess I thought when it was time to say goodbye to my fur babies (my best friends); I'd be with people who knew them and myself. Instead, upon your request I took them to emergency vet both times praying for a different outcome, both the same. One I held, the other I left just hoping the exploratory surgery would work, only to get the tragic phone call.I still feel like I have unanswered questions. Not sure if anyone has the answers. I 've been bringing my babies to you for 10+ years. Not quite sure what my plan is next. I just have to figure out what is going to be best for me and my other two fur babies ( Jax and Lucy). I'm sure given time I will make the right decision on what wiil be best.

I have been taking my dogs to Franklin County Animal Hospital since 2018. I absolutely LOVE the docs and staff here! They are such a wonderful group of kind and compassionate people. The office girls are accommodating with appointments and go out of their way for their clients. The vet techs are very knowledgeable and kind-hearted, and the docs always take the time to thoroughly answer my questions and I never feel like I'm being rushed. Having moved here from another area of the country, I am very happy to have found FCAH and am so appreciative of the care my dogs receive here. You can't find a better vet practice.

Staff is Always helpful, considerate and personable. Friendly hellos and always a thank you! Vets are very good, taking time and not rushing .Also Vets don’t push us for treatments we might not be ready for or can’t afford. that is always nice.

Dr Jessup is amazing. She goes over and above when treating my cats. She is compassionate and knowledgeable and my cats love her. She finds solutions to every issue.
