They don’t honor their own prices that are shown on the app for that exact store. 9000 watt generator for rocky mount shows 649.99 on their app for their store but in their store it’s 799.99 i drove an hour to get it after I was told 649 on the phone. He was very rude about it saying another store screwed up and didn’t change the sale price but as you can see it’s for this exact store and for today.

I don't think you should have to pay a membership fee to get sale prices. It was unexpected and kinda turned me off of shopping with this company. Sales should be available to anyone who makes an online account. I wanted to purchase this light but decided against it when I seen you have to be a member. I don't shop here enough to purchase a membership. I did purchase some duct tape which was a good price and great quality.

This is a nice and clean store. It is quite spacious, well stocked and very clean. The store is well run and prices are fair. The staff were super helpful and nice. Great store!

I needed to pick up a few tools for a project. I was greet as I walked in the door. I told them what I needed, they pointed me in the right direction. Staff was helpful and friendly. Harbor freight has reasonable prices and good selection.
