I've used this H&R for the last 10 yrs even before the location and haven't had one issue. But for the last 3 years I've had to call or walk in to see if they finished my taxes that I dropped off. Making it very hard to want to keep using the business when it's getting worse and worse every year.

We have used H&R Block for about 30 years. It's fast and easy to get an appointment and they get us right in. Service is friendly and efficient.

We had so many complications. They wouldn’t let us know they need more info. After calling multiple times they told us what they needed. So everything was filed late. After we paid their fee they took so long to process it. Therefore we didn’t get our return even longer.finally got our return at the end of the year. And with all the late fees that weren’t our fault we owe an additional $900 on our taxes.
