Girlies at this point don’t expect them to do what you want, & only what the tech wants to do. I tried showing her a video design of what I wanted done & she had an attitude & dismissed it & did something completely opposite. I even tried letting her know midway this doesn’t seem right & she was like this is the same thing. I should have up & left at that moment. Where is the nail places where they do what the customers actually ask for in Rocky mount?

I have been going to Kim’s nails for about 2 years now. Amy does my nails. She never disappoints!!!! My nails always look amazing when I leave. Reasonable price , excellent results!!!

Sucked I tried to do a design and the man said that I am no nail tech I don’t do design what is the point of doing your nails and paying 40$ and you can’t do what we asked you to do I will never be coming back.

Miss Anne was amazing on my Pedi. Unfortunately, i don't believe they sanitize any of the tools or filers. First time going to this salon, and was so disgusted by their stuff. The filers were used by others, it was obvious. The tools, they brought from out back and just sprayed alcohol on them. They were not packaged, as any other salon I have been to, have them. I have been to many salons over the last twenty plus years. I wont be back. But if you do go to this Salon, I would ask for Anne.

I am traveling for work and came as a walk I fir a gel pedicure at 4:45pm today. The worker with the receding hairline asked me if I had an appointment and then to ask another employee if she can do my pedicure. I don't know if that's common practice for them but last time I checked it was up to employees to coordinate with other employees, not ask customers to do their job. Needless to say I walked out without another word. Long story short...ghetto and would not recommend.

I called last week at the last minute requesting my eyebrows to be done They didn't have time which is completely understandable. However, I have gotten them to do them before, and I absolutely love them. The lady even showed me away to darken them without using one of these expensive things I use. It was only eyeshadow. Thank you so much! I appreciate your knowledge and hard work.??❣️
