End of June 2025 very hot these days and Kroger is charging ridiculous prices for Ice. Yet I can go to Canadays on 220 get a much larger bag and 2.00 cheaper per bag. Just goes to show how much of a rip they really are. They’re all about counting those Billions year ending

Not all, but most of the employees are rude and clueless. The bakery and prepared food staff yell at each other and it’s clear they don’t want to be bothered by customers. People stocking the shelves and filling up grocery pickup carts take over the aisles and resent having to move. A young man monitoring the self checkouts barely grunted at me when asked for help, never spoke after I thanked him and he immediately sat down on one of the checkout counters and started scrolling through his phone. I am sure it’s hard to find good employees these days but common courtesy and a general interest in your job goes a long way. I am sure there are many kind, hardworking Kroger employees but unfortunately I didn’t see them last week when I visited. I will probably choose Food Lion from now on since there is plenty of helpful employees who don’t seem to hate their jobs.

I don't think the employees unless they're sick or have a medical condition should be wearing masks around in the store making the customers feel uncomfortable.. makes you feel as though you should be worried that they have something sickly that they're passing around touching your food

I really like shopping at Kroger Rocky Mt or any Kroger but you all need to hire people to run register because those self checkout be malfunctioning all the time and when you have a lot of groceries you need a person to check you out, it would go a lot quicker, and that's good customer service too!! Self checkout is awful at times!!!

this store is a piece of crap they show no diginity to others treat all vendors as a piece of dirt have no respect for others stuff trash everything pallets in isle so you cant get down management is the pits.

This is an excellent store. It is large, spacious inside, and packed with all sorts of produce, grocery, bakery goods and much more. I have shopped here many times and it generally has always been well run, very clean and exceptionally well staffed. It is a great Kroger and you will have no problem getting your daily shopping done.
Highly recommended.

They use to have plenty of vegan and vegetarian meals, now all they have is Morning Star. A big let down for the many vegans and vegetarians. However they do have some good deals.

Really dislike the lack of checkers.
Food rarely scan correctly in self check out stations, hit & miss in stocking items, dairy seems to be poorly managed & is always missing items i normally buy every trip requiring me to visit a different store

I shop here quite frequently. I've never really had any issues with this store. Great parking, employees have been helpful. Good selection and dont forget those fuel points.
