Perfectly Picked/Tink's Boutique located at 510 Franklin St. in Rocky Mount. We are 2 stores in one the front portion of the store is new clothing & accessories and that back portion of the store is Perfectly Picked which is anything from New to Antique. And looks different from week to week!
