“We've had stuff in this storage unit now for about 10 months. We were there on Saturday to close out our account. I will have to say that the experience working with the people there has been amazing compared to the other places that I've dealt with for storage. I currently have a storage unit in Durham North Carolina that is absolutely miserable to work with. Whenever I have to call I'm treated like I am an idiot that I can't understand what they're saying even though I do. However whenever the 220 self-storage had to call us for any reason whether it be a late payment or a failed auto pay they were always very nice and very polite and it was just so easy to deal with them. When my wife went into close out the account and let them know that we have cleaned out and swept the unit the lady was very very happy and very thankful for us taking the time to do that. If you are in Franklin county and you have need for a storage unit I highly recommend them. They are a very nice place to deal with.”

The profits were great before and now it's a slap in the face of America.BUT HERE YOU ARE NOT INSULTED BY THE WAY YOU CAN STORE YOUR BELONGINGS AND STILL HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT YOUR DECISION.FANTASTIC PLACE AND DON'T BE FOOLED BY OTHERS SUPPOSED HIGH SECURITY OR EVEN A FLASHY DISPLAY OF UNITS THAT YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR EVERY MONTH.”

“I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Jimmy and his wonderful crew at Heritage Moving and Storage! From the first encounter when I called to get a quote (from Jimmy) to the time they all left our new home, we were treated with nothing less than respect and professionalism.Heritage was, by far, the most affordable option in the Roanoke area; however, price was not the only reason we chose them. I could tell through early conversations that Jimmy would take great care with our belongings, the crew would work with our dates and schedule, and that it would be as close to a stress-free move as possible!Our move took two days- one to load our things on two trucks from storage and another to deliver to our new home four hours away. Jimmy and his four men team were careful, friendly, kind, and thoughtful. Our delivery day ended up being rainy (the only stressful part about it!), but the guys going in and out tried hard to be clean and careful on our new carpets. The men worked quickly (a good thing when you pay by the hour) but cautiously. We had not one thing broken or damaged… and we had some heavy pieces!
