I recently had the pleasure of stopping by the Sheetz gas station in Rocky Mount, VA, and I must say that it was one of the best experiences I've had at a gas station. The store was immaculately clean, which is something I truly appreciate, especially during these times. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and I felt completely at ease. As an Autistic individual this was awesome.What truly made my experience at this Sheetz stand out was the exceptional service provided by Robin. From the moment I stepped up to the register, I could tell that I was her top priority. Robin was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered at Sheetz.As a new customer, I was interested in signing up for the Sheetz card, and Robin walked me through the entire process with utmost patience and enthusiasm. She made sure I understood all the benefits and rewards associated with the card and answered any questions I had. It was evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing top-notch service to customers.In a world where customer service can sometimes be lacking, it was refreshing to encounter someone like Robin who goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely be making this Sheetz location in Rocky Mount, VA, my go-to spot for fuel and convenience needs, and I highly recommend it to others.Thank you, Robin, and the Sheetz team for making my visit a memorable one!

I have never seen such a fantastic failure on the behalf of management. They cannot even maintain enough employees for the store to even function properly. At this time employees are fleeing like it is a fire sale. They will not uphold scheduling based on when a person can be available to work, then try to penalize them when they do not show up, when they were told it wasn't going to happen. An example of how to be incompetent. To add insult to injury Their response below, is to a "customer care" number that no one ever answers. So to the owner/CEO and/or other upper management, you seriously need to take a look at this store, and reevaluate your current store manager, and district manager. Employee retention losses are very costly. HR 101. that is all you need to learn about this.

Went there about 6:30pm to order one salad and didn't get the salad til 7:57 which wasn't a problem pregnant lady was very rude about doing and saying things I understand the frustration when you're busy but your customers don't deserve the back end of it..

I ordered my food online, went in paid for it and then watched several people walk in, order, and recieve their food while I stood and waited for 30 minutes before they even started making my food. There was another lady waiting with me who also had ordered her food and waited 30+ minutes to receive her items.

As for Sheetz, it's been quite sometime since getting gas ⛽ there. Never had any issues and really didn't go in the store much but what little I did, there seems to be quite a bit. The employees seem pretty cool.

MTO things are always ‘usually’ up to my standards. Today I preordered a frozen mocha with Oreo pieces added. There was none but I will continue to go there and support the business even though most people wouldn’t after several times of orders not being accurately made. For the price though, ya can’t beat it..

Worst store I ever went to. Making fun of people and mocking customers. Lauren Forbes as a supervisor and now threatening cause I ask her to be more respectful. Don't go to this store.

This Sheetz is the most poorly stocked store in the area. Some items go weeks without being restocked. The Sheetz right down the road is hardly ever out of items so I know it’s not a supply chain issue.

Signs up rudely ordering customers to use exact exact change debit card etc because of the " change shortage". This company seems to be about as woke as they come with all their stupid masks signs and rules and Nanny state effects. The guy in front of me had to point out that he got charged in error because there was a sign promoting a coupon on what he bought but he did not receive the discount at the register. He was nice enough to say he wouldn't fight it but the girl barely responded to him barely acknowledged him and certainly did not offer to correct the error. I'm going to try to make this the last time I come into this station.

I went in to order a MTO burger, for some reason the employees were very rude when I said the kiosk wasn’t working. I politely asked for them to look at it, they ignored me. When I mentioned it again, the girl said “Look, we are really busy!” In a hateful tone, She gave me a nasty look too. She treated me with disdain. I asked for a 3rd time, another girl asked me if I have a job. I told her I have two jobs, she laughed at me and said “I’m willing to bet you have never had a job!” I enjoy Sheetz but I’ll remember to never come back to the Rocky Mount, Virginia location.

Nasty bathrooms, very unclean and unsanitary. Trash cans overflowing outside the building and inside the building. Floors and counters look like they’ve never been disinfected.
