I have contacted shentel three times in the past 2 months about getting new service to home I'm building. All I requested was for a technician to meet me at the job site to go over where to bury the new cable. Still no response whatsoever

Just went in to pay my mom bill. And its a shame the way you have to pay to watch Television. People are charging for everything these days. Knowing people don't have a lot of money. Because the government is filling their pockets and hell with the little people.

We called to update our stuff for our services provided by shentel and spoke to Tina Watson great customer service!! She is based out of lynchburg va and she was great! Excellent customer service and she needs a raise!! If all customer service reps was like her that would be awesome!..
