As far as Subways go this one is pretty standard. They tend to go through a lot of staff, so it's hard to know what to expect, but in general they are friendly and courteous.

This is a very funny and sad case of extremely poor customer service.I ordered a 6" BMT, and noticed they had two different containers/bottles of sweet onion sauces. One had Sweet Onion typed on the top of the bottle, while the other Sweet Onion Teriyaki. I politely asked the blond lady making the sandwich, if the Sweet Onion was just Sweet Onion and no Teriyaki...she clearly said yes. So I requested the Sweet Onion sauce on my BMT...it came out dark brown, and I politely enquired that the Sweet Onion sauce is a light translucent brown, not dark brown. They seemed confused. When I tasted the sandwich...it was Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce...yuck on a BMT, due to the teriyaki.So I politely went back to the counter and indicated the Sweet Onion sauce had Teriyaki in it. They acted very aggressively toward me...would not let me talk, constantly raised their voices as I asked if I could finish my point...they instead said I can leave or they will call the Police. I politely said, please do call the Police, so they can see there are two different typed Sweet Onion sauces in their prep area...they did not call...and they would not replace the sandwich nor offered a refund.Unbelievable experience regarding Sweet Onion sauce.For Everybody's information, Subway used to have just a Sweet Onion sauce with no Teriyaki. It was my go to sauce on the BMT. About 4-5 years ago Subway replaced the Sweet Onion sauce with Sweet Onion Teriyaki...again not good on a BMT.So, one can deduce my excitement when I saw the has just Sweet Onion sauce. The blonde lady did mention at one point (while interrupting me) that the sometimes run out of the typed caps of the Sweet Onion Teriyaki...and use the Sweet Onion marked caps...geez...why didn't she say that about 10 minutes ago...when I asked about the Teriyaki.Also, the vegetables in the bin used to make sandwiches had brownish lettuce, not very appetizing.I hope Subway management sees this review and puts some training resources towards this location.One should not be threatened by Subway workers to call the Police because they were not on the ball with their ingredients...shame on this location for this type of atrocious behavior towards long time (40 years), customers.

The best subway around. We come here after church almost every Sunday. The bread seems to always be super soft. This restaurant never disappoints.

Easily one of the most rude and dysfunctional group of people working here. I don't know if they had all just had a fight before we walked in but WOW! The assistant manager made our sandwich and didn't say a word to us. None of them would acknowledge each other and we just felt so uncomfortable! Not returning and subway is SO expensive now. Boooo

I wanted to use the Subway app on my phone and when I asked the clerk at the front counter about this and she said the location was privately owned. You have to order the food and pay for it online since the app is corporate owned . I told her that Subway app should be like McDonald's and you can use theirs for rewards and deals at the front counter when a customer places their food order.

Went there at 10:00 am on July 16. Was closed even though the hours stated on the door stated they were supposed to open at 9:00. How do they stay in business if they don't open on time. Poor management

The manager Jamie is very rude to not only employees but customers as well and she herself is nasty and I will not be returning to this establishment and will let everyone in this town know how nasty it truly is.

Place is always pretty clean and the employees are friendly. They are very busy especially during lunchtime hours but they handle that pretty good.

Good help hard to find & doubt this place will ever find it. Ice maker broken, no sign on it. Sub was cold in the middle bread barely toasted. No napkins in bag. For $15 for large sub & large drink I'd rather spend my money else where.

Have you tried the bowls? They are large and healthy. I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. The app provided a time when it would be ready. However curbside delivery did not bring out. We had to go to the cash register to pick it up. Otherwise I would give a 5 star rating. It was inconvenient as I had a handicapped person with me. Hopefully the curbside delivery will improve.Vegetarian options: The bowls are a healthy option. Subs without the bread.Dietary restrictions: The bowls are a healthy option. Subs without the bread.
