The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because they aren't open until 9. I get an earlier time during winter, but a car was closing before the sun set during spring and summer is silly.

Excellent customer service at Ultimate Shine Car Wash in Rocky Mount, VA! They have 3 membership plans to offer! AND they have free towels, glass cleaner, vacuums, and mat cleaners on site! It’s truly an all in one experience!
