I've always had good experiences at this pharmacy. Never had to wait long, and the drive through is very convenient.

The drive-thru window ladies are very nice and just wonderful. The ladies give your dog a dog treat when visiting the pharmacy drive-thru.

The workers at this pharmacy are friendly and they earned the 2 star rating. The pharmacist lost the other 3 from this Google score. The pharmacist made a comment to the extent of and I quote "he was losing money each time he filled my prescription" (his words verbatim) with my insurance because the medication was only sold under a name brand. He then proceeded to try and passively recommend a generic alternative, just came off unprofessional.

I myself have had many of my medecines filled with this pharmacy for years, also my children which are both adults now and also my mother who has now passed away, I can't tell you how much business my mother alone gave them and they would not full a prescription for my husband for hydrocortisone cream, I'm very unhappy and very displeased, my children can leave their medecines there with them but I myself will never fill anything of mine with them ever again, the reasoning for not filling my husband's medecine was he has had issues with him in the past and doesn't feel comfortable filling it, so a patient needs medecine and you will not fill it for them, I've never had an issue like this before with any other pharmacy my whole life, I'm very disappointed and displeased with it

Workers seem friendly enough but the pharmacist must have a narcissistic Napoleon complex. I say this because standing at the counter, less than 6 feet from his elevated perch I asked a question about one of my medications and wanting to confirm that my new insurance would cover that particular prescription, he rolled his eyes then looked down at me like a mythological Greek God looking down from Mt. Olympus who was sickened by the mere thought of having to speak with such a lowly peasant. When finally answered, it was with a passive aggressive condescending sentiment. I have only been in this area for about a year but let me assure you THIS IS NOT a pharmacy I would ever recommend. Again, just to clarify the issue was with the pharmacist not the staff.

Pharmacist threw my prescription over the counter and told me to take it elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional from a church going member of our small community. Was leaving to go out of town for work and DR had ok'd my prescription to be filled 2 days early. Almost every member of the family I married into uses this pharmacy and not because of the glowing service but basically because it is the only pharmacy within a 25 mile radius. They basically have a monopoly on filling prescriptions. I now use Pennington Gap pharmacy, an hour away from my house and Rose Hill pharmacy is only 5 minutes from my front door but I would not use this pharmacy for any reason whatsoever.

Just moved to the area and needed a local pharmacy. They are great with getting things filled in a timely manner. Staff is nice and very insightful.
