I recently ordered tube can from Hodge Products. There was a problem with the shipping from UPS's end. I corresponded over email with Tonya, the office manager, and she acted quickly and effectively to solve the problem. I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled after receiving easily the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The tubes of cane look nice and I am excited to turn them into reeds!

I, literally, never post reviews but I’m beyond compelled and happy to for experience I just had with the Hodge/MasterLock Team.I had recently ordered a set of replacement keys for my shed, because I had broke the original set (long story). And all of my tools are in this shed, which I need to build the archway for my wedding coming up here next week. Well, I left the replacement keys at home in NJ and my shed is in upstate NY.Without an option to go home to get them, I called the Client Service Team and thankfully got an actual human being! And not just any human being, I got Tony, who was a true God Send.Tony went above and beyond to ensure the Team cut and shipped the key same day and that I’d have it in time to complete the build. Not only that, we had a great conversation across the Country. It was great to have a human conversation when dealing with this issue.Tony if you’re out there, thank you again! And to anyone on the fence as to whether to do business here, I couldn’t recommend it more strongly. Amazing products and even better Team supporting them
