I am beyond grateful for discovering Rugged Fence!! Especially after renovating an old from house, we are aware of the many difficulties that could have presented themselves. Every detail was smooth from our first consult to the finished product. Our beautiful fence was done in four hours ( half an acre) and puppy approved. No hiccups, and the price was very fair!! Thank you, Spencer, Emily and installation team for keeping with consistence and transparency!

This was our first-ever experience in having a fence installed, and Rugged Fence was exceptional from initial inquiry to completion. Spencer was knowledgeable and thorough in providing options and estimates for solutions that would be harmonious with our wooded backyard, provide an enclosed run for our dog, and also be a deer fence. He and his team were also helpful in suggesting the locations and types of gates we would need to take into account for access to the space. The installation crew came on the scheduled date and was both efficient (completed in a single day!) and left a clean work site. We were pleased with the level of communication and the quality result.

From the first call I made to all the calls I made to ask questions throughout the process and to make sure I was doing the online stuff correctly I was so amazed at how I was treated! I had lost a lot of faith in customer service in general until I called Rugged Fence! I highly recommend them! The whole process was so painless! Great group of people to work with!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

First and foremost, we would like to clearly state that Rugged Fence far exceeded our expectations from planning through installation. Communication and the planning process was flawless. Spencer Russell was able to translate our needs for security for our pets and balance the aesthetics of a rural home. The project price was incredibly reasonable. The installation was prompt, professionally done and flawless. Highly recommend without hesitation. We are looking forward to our next project with them in the Spring.

After seeing my neighbor’s 4 board oak fence by Rugged Fence, I contacted them about painting my horse fencing. They were easy to work with on estimate and scheduling. They showed up when they said they would and were responsive to questions. In addition, the employees were polite, did a great job, and cleaned up when the job was completed.

From the estimate, to the installment and the final walk through, everything has been 10/10. Spencer was very thoughtful about landscaping to short term and long term goals with the fencing. He was kind and thorough. Had an excellent mind for the project I was talking him through. Their team worked efficiently, installed fencing on around 1 acre on mountain terrain in just 1.5 days! They cleaned up well, and their work was beautiful. All the way to the final walk through with Dawn, she made sure that if I was unhappy, she would handle it, but I couldn’t think of one thing that I didn’t like. I would recommend them to anyone!

Honestly they installed a chain link fence around our pickleball court and I thought a few things could have been done better. The owner came out to meet with me and agreed to make the adjustments per my request and covered the cost. I chose this company because of the 5 star reviews and they have earned my respect and appreciation! They stand behind their reputation and recommend them without reservation. They also gave my church a discount! Thank you.

You can stop searching now, you found the best fence company! We recently had a paddock style fence installed. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and got the job done. Our salesman, Kevin O’Connor, was very helpful with suggestions and answering all of our questions. The crew who installed the fence were great and put up a beautiful, quality fence. After a day or two we noticed our gate was not closing properly. We were having a problem getting someone out to fix it. My husband sent an email expressing his frustration and literally the moment after he pushed send the owner, called him. Spencer came out himself to fix the gate. He came out a couple of times until the job was done right. This type of quality, customer service and pride in workmanship is hard to find, and we are glad we did with Rugged Fence.

We have had an excellent experience with Rugged Fence. The 16-man crew who came to our farm yesterday was a super friendly hard working group! It was amazing to watch such a huge job be completed in one day. Our property has been transformed and we are thrilled with the result - high quality and designed very well. I would recommend Rugged Fence to anyone. They exceeded my expectations.
