I want to give a huge shoutout to Anthony at AutoZone for being an absolute lifesaver. My car started making a weird noise and the check engine light came on, which really stressed me out. I pulled over to figure out what to do and was trying to call family for help when Anthony pulled up and kindly asked if he could assist. Not only did he take the time to check on me, but he also assessed the situation and reassured me that it was safe to drive. He then offered to run a diagnostic at his store to help identify the issue. His knowledge, kindness, and genuine willingness to help a stranger on the side of the road completely blew me away. In a world where people often pass each other by, Anthony reminded me that there are still good, helpful people out there. He went far beyond what anyone would expect from an employee, and for that, I’m incredibly thankful. Because of his outstanding service, I will absolutely be going back to this AutoZone whenever I need anything for my car. Anthony, thank you again—you’re a true gem!

Clean store and friendly workers, had my check engine light flip on and Tommy helped me through each part of the process, from the scan to getting the exact part I needed, made everything a whole lot simpler for me.

Had the most awful of experiences yesterday. Called Friday to ensure they had the parts for a rear wheel bearing replacement on a 96 GMC 1500. They said they had all in stock. Sent my son to pick up parts and they had just a bearing a rear differential gasket and threadlock. System showed they had all in stock but they could not find the rest. Had to go to Advance Auto for the gasket and bearing press. Had to go to Autozone in Culpeper for the rest.
Went to install, bearing was different, was told it was the right one and checked it on the website, was told it was an improved version. Wrong. Went to install, got difficult, so called Autozone in Culpeper and they said that I was given the wrong one. Went to remove and all but racer extracted with the slide hammer, still trying to get that out. Was told no refund on the wrong part advertised (even verified via VIN) and sold.
Culpeper Autozone provided the correct bearing. Now trying to resolve the problem that Ruckersville caused. Hoping for resolution.

Trouble-free transaction, the employees were personable, and it was easy to find what I needed.

Jason the Manager at the Ruckersville, VA location was very helpful this morning during my early morning visit. He provided good costumer service as well.
