The staff is always very nice and consistently hospitable. No complaints there.Took off a star due to my experience coming in to discuss Home Equity Loans. Told the representative several times that I wanted a shorter term of 5 - 10 years, and that I was more concerned about the total cost of the money than on payments. I was then given info on 20 to 30-year loans with only info on the payment amount. Took a bit of teeth pulling to learn what the actual interest rates (and thus total costs) were. In the 30 seconds it took to hear the rates, I learned that I should have never investigated the option in the first place. Not gonna spend tends of thousands of dollars to use my own equity. I mean, the house is collateral so why do rates need to be double digit???

Several issues during the merger but no issues since then. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. They almost always go above and beyond to help.

I went to the bank the same day my fiancé got a cash advance and the teller at the window denied me. She stated they don’t do cash advances and that the doors are locked so I can’t come in. I’ve gotten cash advances from the window drive up location several times before and have never had an issue. Employees can’t pick and choose who they are going to take cash out for! Absolutely infuriating. I drove back around the bank and took cash out of the atm and had to stop at gas station to break money ??

The new branch manager is worthless and doesn't know what he's doing. Can't believe such a great company would keep an idiot employed, let alone managing a branch. Can't even process a customer request and makes everyone wait for a teller when he could do it himself if he wasn't a worthless employee.

Nothing but bad things to say... constantly trying to find a way to take money out of your account for so called maintenance fees if you don't have direct deposit they charge 12 dollars a month to have an account with them. No help over the phone they always want you to come in and stand In a long line even for somthing as simple..... pick another bank this one is a joke
