These guy were great with helping me & for their patience. However, the booking people need to give more information as to what the cleaners are allowed to do. Not just partial information such as moving nic nacks and electronics. You are also responsible for moving the furniture. This would have been useful and help expedite the process. Both young men who did our service were polite, understanding of need to protect our home during cleaning of our duct work and dryer vent service. They worked quietly and were efficient. They cleaned up any debris they caused and put everything back in place. Very nice and professional gentleman. Introduced themselves and asked to see the rooms in which they would be cleaning to go over any problem areas. They got straight to work and did a walk through with me for each room they completed to make sure I was satisfied. All work was done quick and throughly. Stanley Steamer was very professional and up front about all of the things they could or couldn't do for the HVAC that needed to be cleaned. They were courteous and professional and came at the time expected for both the inspection and follow up cleaning. They were responsive to any questions we had and respectful of our concerns.

I had my rental property carpet cleaned today by Kevin Hill Jr He did an amazing job!! As I requested, extra care was given to the stairs. All stains are now gone and carpet looks new again. The pet odor has been eliminated. Very professional service was provided!!! I will be a return customer!

Christian was so professional and did an amazing job cleaning a very heavily soiled carpet. One of the worst things about the carpet was the pet soil which smelled very bad. Christian cleaned it and deodorized it and when he was done you couldn’t smell it at all. Amazing! I would recommend to anyone.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
