“I'm 9 months pregnant and decided I wanted to get my car cleaned before the baby came so she could come home in a nice, clean car. My car battery died after my wash and while I was vacuuming my car. The employee Chmura helped me try to jump it, but we weren't successful. Him and Ken let me sit down in the cold AC while I waited for assistance to get a new battery. This place offered me great customer service today. Not only was my car nice and clean, but I'll be going back just based off the customer service I got today. Thank you gentlemen!!”

“I have no idea why there are negative reviews of this place. Seriously, an average of 2.5 stars?!? Look, I don't normally give reviews at all (you know, life) but when I do my integrity dictates that if I give a review it has to be an honest one. I almost never give five (or one) stars. It suggests near perfection, very rare. But after ten years of using them, I can only say great things about them. They do a fantastic job and the price is very fair.I got chatting with another customer while we were waiting and she was equally impressed. I always tip the guys well and still feel like it's not enough. If I had to think of something negative it would be that it takes a while, but I could easily argue that it's because they're taking the time to do a great job. Maybe, I'm just speculating here, the negative reviews were from people that come during a rush, when they have to keep things moving. I, too, can't odo anything thoroughly and efficiently when I'm rushed. I usually go there when it's not super busy.”

“I contacted Eric for a very last minute scheduling to do an exterior soft wash. I had another company that had given me the impression they were doing the job in the time frame, but all they did was provide a fancy quote. Carston came out the very next day and the quote was very competitive with others I had received. He did an excellent job, very thorough. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone!”
