“Good job, quick service, friendly guys doing the work. I got an interior and exterior cleaning. It was really hot weather so I can understand that there were some streaks on the windows. It would have been great if they had wiped down the inside of the door jambs, but price was reasonable for the work done. I would bring my vehicle there again.”

I was in the vehicle behind another customer when i overheard a customer said they did not speak good english, Mckenzie surprised me and went through and talked to the customer in spanish. I was shocked and very pleased to overhear Mckenzie go out of her way to help and make sure the customer was satisfied with their experience. I was so pleased i purchased a membership, we need more people like this. Way to go Mckenzie!”

“I want to give recognition to the young lady Ms.Mckenzie! Even though she was working completely by herself, she kept everything running so smoothly and with such a positive attitude. She was literally running back and forth helping everyone, and she still managed to greet every customer with a smile. Her energy, hard work, and friendliness really stood out and made the whole experience so much better. Even with someone yelling at her during my visit she still managed to keep a positive attitude and handled the situation perfectly. “I have no idea why there are negative reviews of this place. Seriously, an average of 2.5 stars?!? Look, I don't normally give reviews at all (you know, life) but when I do my integrity dictates that if I give a review it has to be an honest one. I almost never give five (or one) stars. It suggests near perfection, very rare. But after ten years of using them, I can only say great things about them. They do a fantastic job and the price is very fair.I got chatting with another customer while we were waiting and she was equally impressed. I always tip the guys well and still feel like it's not enough. If I had to think of something negative it would be that it takes a while, but I could easily argue that it's because they're taking the time to do a great job. Maybe, I'm just speculating here, the negative reviews were from people that come during a rush, when they have to keep things moving. I, too, can't odo anything thoroughly and efficiently when I'm rushed. I usually go there when it's not super busy.”

“I contacted Eric for a very last minute scheduling to do an exterior soft wash. I had another company that had given me the impression they were doing the job in the time frame, but all they did was provide a fancy quote. Carston came out the very next day and the quote was very competitive with others I had received. He did an excellent job, very thorough. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone!”
