I have had multiple cars from this Company the staff has always treated me well and they will make you aware if the vehicle has a rebuilt title I had 2 mustangs, Fusion, Acadia, few other vehicles over the years and I loved them still driving the Fusion today I will continue to deal with them as long as there open. Yeah the cars have rebuilt titles most the time but they have done all the necessary work to make sure the car is in great condition before selling it and if a issue is to ever pop up they have been quick to fix it for me. I have felt welcomed every time I go in to make a payment or look at a car keep up the great work innovative

I'm from a family of car dealers and salesman. This review matters. I called up there this morning. The rudest young woman answered the phone. Annoyed she had to be there. Asked about a car I saw online. "You want sales" click. Get to sales and the rudest, idgaf attitude ive ever come across at a dealership. You didn't know who was on the line, what they wanted and why. The car I wanted was jacked up. It certainly wasn't listed on the site that it was all jacked up. So they tell me like I'm supposed to know what conditions they keep their cars. Had they just not been so rude, there would be a pile of cold hard cash in their office safe. But there's not. Going elsewhere to pay more for the same exact car.

Much like another review I saw on here, just be aware that your title will likely be a rebuilt title. I bought a vehicle here a couple years ago- the vehicle was stolen, and had a rebuilt title which GREATLY affects your vehicles value. I didn't know to ask, and it was stressed to me " there is nothing wrong with the car, it was simply stolen, but was not wrecked." It was deceptive of the salesperson NOT to tell me this. He conveniently left this part out, knowing full well I had no clue about this. In summary, I was taken advantage of. Lesson learned. Now that it is paid for and I got the title, I learned this. Car isn't worth but maybe half of what it would be without a rebuilt title. So buyers- ask questions, and be aware that they will lie by omission to you.

Bought a car back in Feb of this year. I was mislead from jump street by the dealer. He not one time mentioned the car had a rebuilt title. The car been back to them at least 5 times for repair. One of the repairs, one of which I have paid for twice to be fixed and still hasn't been fixed, is now causing other issues to the car. The warranty sold is basically useless because it doesn't cover all of is listed. You know its something when the mechanics say they aren't working on the car anymore. I got a $14k car that I can't even depend on to get me around town. I spoke with the manager and he pretended to care but it still didn't resolve this ragedy car that im stuck with.

Bought many cars from Innovative Automotive, they offer a better warranty than most dealerships. If you are one of those who drive cars till the wheels falls off, don't be afraid to purchase a car from them. Save yourself several thousands of dollars, you won't regret it! They work with people and try to find you the car that works with your budget. I can promise you if you read negative comments about this place it's more likely people who don't pay their bills or are just full-blown crazy! Great people work there, don't be afraid to give them a chance to take good care of ya!

I cannot express how kind and caring these people are. I don’t want to go into detail about the long story behind my review. But long story short they are willing to do whatever it takes to help the customer. I’m talking great lengths. If you are a service member or a military family, PLEASE trust these people with your money and time. They have several military people there themselves and they are some of the most incredible humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with.
