Our company has leased two walking floor trailers from Pinnacle since January, 2025 with the assistance of Ryan at the Lynchburg division. He could not be more helpful and patient with me as I am not the most adept at using modern technology in this new age computer world🙃🤔! The trailers have done a great job and Ryan's customer service has been Excellent! I really appreciate the fact that he treats our tiny little company like we are his most important clients every time we talk! Congratulations PINNACLE for having such an outstanding asset as that young man!

I have been to Pinnacle several times for parts and service on our trailers. The customer service is impeccable as well as the work done. This last time I took several landing gear braces that were beyond repair. They meticulously measured and found a brace to fit. It needed to be welded together, which was something we were not capable of doing. Cody handled that while we waited! That was above and beyond and we are so grateful to do business with Pinnacle Trailers. Highly recommend using their services.

Found out why the rental price was so cheap. Had to park until they sent me a legal trailer plate and even parked due to them not keeping up on maintenance, losing out on income for a total of 2 weeks. During the work on the brakes the mechanic found that the DOT inspection wasn't even legal. Now it's been nearly 2 months since I returned the trailer and still am fighting to get my deposit returned. I would have suggested them, but not after all the issues.
