Unprofessional morons. Dont trust them with your pet. They would rather see an animal suffer or die. Say they will run test and charge you for them but never actually do it. Wont refund after mischarging you. Refuse service even as an established patient. This place needs shut down. Absolute scam and malpractice.

This has been our family vet for a while. They have wonderful service and will do their utmost best to work you in if you have an emergency. (I speak from recent experience) I highly recommend them as they are wonderful to work with and truly give your pets the best care they deserve

Everyone that interacts with you and your pets at Rustburg Veterinary Clinic is kind, caring and helpful. The schedules can be tight, but they get you in as soon as possible, and spend quality time with you and your pets to ensure an exemplary experience.

I highly do not recommend this vet. Poor service and over priced. Called in this morning for a emergency visit and receptionist said she could see me at 11. Then comes back and says can't see me at all now. Have had several horrible experiences there. Strongly recommend elsewhere !

We first visited in 2019 and had a very negative experience. Fast forward to 2024, for convenience purposes we really wanted to use Rustburg Veterinary Hospital. We took our girl back this year, and have been pleased with services and staff.

They seem nice but man they are money hungry. Charged me to examine my already dead cat. The vet then comes in and starts asking me questions like he’s a detective. As I walk out with my cat in a box, they stopped me to pay a bill. Very insensitive and fake in their sympathies towards you. A week prior I bought the sweetest dog I’d found and he snapped on them and came back in with a muzzle. He may have felt their spirit. They charged me $100 that day for a bag of joint chews. Take your animals somewhere else please.

Our vet had closed his doors and Rustburg vet welcomed us with open arms. They were always professional and very nice, even when I got my appointment mixed up. They were all friendly and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Hoss and the Rustburg clinic.

Everyone was extremely nice, and spoke to my pet as if Lilly was their own. They explained everything that was done and asked if had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them. Very professional.

The staff here is wonderful. They are very professional and caring. Dr. Pan, Dr. Hickey, Dr. Gallagher, and Dr. Kennedy are fantastic veterinarians. Mike the Manager and his wife Tracy (future LVT) are very supportive and keep the clinic humming. Scott, the owner is very friendly and has put together a great team.

The care my dog received was first class. What I thought was bad, I could not make payments for a 600 dollar bill. They would keep my dog until the bill was paid in full. I never used them again. They wanted me to use a card. And I don't use credit cards?
