Fine internet when there’s only a single person on it. My families internet has been out for 4 days and hasn’t been fixed, 3 people in my household go to school, and 1 works from home when they are here. Everytime I call customer service they tell me they don’t have an estimated time for it to be fixed. 4 days it has been out, a little unbelievable.

Wonderful customer service from Aleesha when I called to set up our business account. She was calm and informative and gave me a great promotional deal as well! Recommend talking with her!

If I could give a zero I would definitely would. The customer service I received was not the best. I spoke to several customer service representatives and was given 2 different amounts that need to be paid. This is definitely a red flag because how do would I know if the amount I am paying is really the amount owed. Whoever has Shentel please make sure you're looking over your bill and being charged the correct amount. If not you could be paying more then what you should be paying. I will no longer deal with Shentel.

Careful before signing a contract, try any internet option not requiring a signed deal. You have no options once you do!

Internet service is always going out. Almost every night at this point. Pay for 1GB service but NEVER got more than 178mb. All calls to tech would get better speed for about a day before it would throttle back. Dumping them for Lumos and trying to turn in cable boxes...verified hours online, drove 30 minutes to find a note on the door saying they are closed due to staffing...so one more reason to dump them now that there us another option!

Service is fantastic, speed is always good. But customer service rates in the absolute bottom of the pack. Finally, got bill adjusted and paid correctly. Multiple billing errors over 4 months, and dealing with yet another billing error again.... hopefully will be corrected on next months bill.

I honestly can't believe a company can be so bad at something and stay in business. If they had any competition they surely wouldn't be. Is there anyone out there who wants to start a slam-dunk ISP business? All you have to do is consistently provide like 5 Mbps and you can own this whole market.

This is the closest office to us and is 20 minute drive away. They are only open Tuesdays and Thursdays, open till 1:00 p.m. and closes for lunch, then reopens at 2:00 and closes at 5:00 p.m. . We arrived at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday when they are open and the office was closed. We had to leave and come back after 2:00 p.m. at which the woman at the desk stated that it wasn't her fault it was her company's fault. We were closing our account because of repeated instances of bad service with a new account with Xfinity. Got our first bill with Xfinity and $75 less and we're getting more channels and higher speeds of internet. Stay away from Shentel if you can
